Executive Chef Jason Sheppard is a native Texan. He brings with him over a decade of experience in the art of culinary. Chef Sheppard possesses a strong passion for seasonal, refind cuisine and specializes in wild game.
In his early twenties, Chef Jason began his culinary tutelage, working under local and nationally recognized chefs. He went on to be professionally trained in Chicago and featured in the Dallas Morning News.
