OUR STORY

Both are native Texans! Born and raised right here in Denison, Texas. We have been doing life together for close to twenty years, and ten of those have been working side by side. 

​

Executive Chef Jason Sheppard brings with him over two decades of experience in the Art of culinary. Chef Sheppard is passionate about seasonal, refined cuisine and specializes in wild game. 

​

In his early twenties, Chef Sheppard began his culinary tutelage, working under local and nationally recognized Chefs. He went on to be professionally trained in Chicago and featured in the Dallas Morning News & D Magazine.​

​

Family is important to us and our company. In addition to the kitchen staff that has become family over the years, we also have three kids that you will see from time to time working events.
